The response and pricing during the inquiry were excellent. Regarding the product, there were no performance issues, but it arrived in a different color than depicted in the photos. Additionally, there were areas around the main body where the adhesive was insufficient, which may pose durability issues with long-term use. The wrench included had rough edges and did not open to its maximum due to burrs, which we had to process internally; however, its performance was not affected. Horn No.1 lacked the indentation for wrench tightening, so I would like to see improvements in this area. For the handle, I would have preferred a more neutral color such as black or blue.
